Data Deletion Request

If you have connected your Facebook or WhatsApp Business Account to Lipi Commerce and would like to request deletion of your data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Disconnect via Facebook: Go to your Facebook Business Integrations settings, find Lipi Commerce, and click Remove.
2. Request full data deletion: Send an email to director@sambasivagroup.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request – Lipi Commerce and include your registered email address or WhatsApp Business Account ID.

What We Delete

Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove:

• Your Facebook / WhatsApp Business Account connection and access token stored by Lipi Commerce
• Your WhatsApp Business Account ID and phone number ID from our records
• Any session data associated with your connection

We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
